Dan serves clients as a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst. Prior to founding Vigilant, Dan was a Vice President in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. He advised corporations on a broad range of financial and strategic transactions, including public equity and debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Dan received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Boston College. He is past chair and current board member of the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire. Dan lives in Stratham, NH with his wife, Amy, and their daughters, Madeline and Eiley.
